CONTENT DAY

OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU We, Warnersmith Events & Sydney Darwin Photography, are the official sponsor of the styled shoot and our agreement with you is as follows: 1. The official photographer and videographer of the shoot are the sole owners of the copyright of their images and videos. As part of this styled shoot mutual beneficiary agreement, they agree to give you, free of charge, the copyright rights license to use images for the purpose of your business marketing, which includes social media, business blog, and/or printed materials such as brochures and leaflets. This license is non-transferable, meaning that third parties wishing to use the photographs will have to be directed to them via email at their provided contact. This agreement does not cover the sale of photographs or videos for profit in any way, shape, or form. 2. We will work to showcase your particular contribution to the shoot in the best way we can. Please let us know if there are any requests and we will do our best to incorporate them into the shoot. Feel free to send over a preferred shot list. 3. We will post select images on our Instagram page. We agree that ALL images used will include your expertise and social media handle in the caption. We also agree that any image which showcases your particular expertise will have you tagged in the image as well. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US As a participating supplier/vendor to the styled shoot, you agree to the following: 1. To supply your services and/or material to the shoot free of charge, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing, just like we and all other participating vendors do with you. 2. To use only the supplied official images and videos given to you by the official photographer and official videographer, with the exception of creating Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, and TikToks in which case you can use your own video footage of behind the scenes but still must TAG all participating suppliers of the shoot either in the description or in a comment below it. 3. You will not edit or crop (with the exception of Instagram crop ratios) official images or videos before using them. Should you desire a different edit/crop, then you will refer back to the official photographers or videographers at the contact they provided. 4. You can freely use any official images or videos given to you by the official photographers and official videographers for your own marketing purpose, be it online or in print, subject to the photographer and/or videographer being fully credited. 5. A list of vendor names and Instagram handles will be supplied to you on or before the day of the shoot. You also agree that any image or video used should have the photographer or videographer, event planner and any relevant vendor/supplier that is featured within the image or video listed in the description including their expertise and social media handle as well as have them TAGGED in the image itself if applicable to that social media platform.

I acknowledge that I am free to submit to publications beginning 90 days after the scheduled content day (July 1, 2023) excluding the following publications: Anti-Bride, Kentucky Bride Magazine, Green Wedding Shoes. I agree to submit the proper credits for all involved vendors should I choose to submit to publication.
