Allison Warnersmith Mullikin

Owner, Founder, & Lead Planner

Allison started coordinating weddings as a hobby and favor to friends. Her passion for ensuring that a couple’s wedding day went as perfectly as they had imagined blossomed from there. Coupled with her experience in corporate & private event planning as well as her formal education, Warnersmith Events was born.

Allison has experience in academic and legal settings as well. Her formal training is in political science and digital communication. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts from the University of Louisville.

Allison’s skills, background, and passion give her a unique perspective on each event she touches. Her attention to detail is second to none.

Taking a client’s vision and turning it into their reality is so rewarding. I do what I do for the smile on their face at the end of the day.

Lyndsie Bartley

Associate Planner

Lyndsie is a recent marketing graduate from the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration. She has experience in management and event planning through executive positions on campus. Her passion for organization and design is what led her to the wedding industry and to Warnersmith Events.

Lyndsie’s talents, attention to detail, and empathy make her an invaluable addition to the WE team.

Making the day as relaxed as possible for the special couple is my main priority. Attentive collaboration is how we achieve that.

Lucia Hughes

Associate Planner

Lucia Hughes is a retired middle school principal. Over the past several years, Lucia has coordinated weddings for family and friends as a hobby. Following her retirement from education, she decided to take it to the next level and spend her time where she finds joy: wedding planning!  Lucia prides herself on her attention to detail and in how she can make dreams come true even within a tight budget. Lucia wholeheartedly believes that the whole reason you should hirer a coordinator is to ditch the stressful parts of wedding planning and allow yourself to enjoy your big day can be stress free.

Caroline Thomas

Marketing & Design

Caroline is a marketing student at the University of Louisville. She has experience in management, event planning, and graphic design through her involvement at the University. Her passion for organization and design is what led her to the wedding industry and to Warnersmith Events.

Caroline has only just begun her journey in the industry, but couldn’t be more excited to begin! Her drive, organization, and hospitality make her a valuable addition to the WE family.

Associate Planner

Brianna McCarthy

Brianna has a passion for helping others. Her goal is to bring event visions to life through the relationships she builds in the process. The passion for events stemmed from creating lasting memories for friends and family. She carried this passion into her professional life through event programming for athletics. Her unique perspectives on event coordination along with her love for creativity, organization, and special events planning is what led her to Warnersmith Events. 

When she’s not coordinating events, Brianna is an Associate Director of Academic Services at the University of Louisville, overseeing academic support for men's and women's track & field/cross country and women's tennis. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Murray State University in 2016 and a Master of Science in Education-College Student Personnel Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2018. Her background gives her a solid foundation of attention to detail, organization, and superior multi-tasking abilities.
